Reiki with Animals
Animals love Reiki Energy!
They sense its healing power, sitting steadily in the energy or playfully returning for small doses
throughout a session.
Great for increasing calm, reducing physical discomfort and
addressing behavior issues with your pet.
Animals are highly energy sensitive. As a gentle form of energy healing, Reiki yields powerful results for animals, causing no harm while helping to ease pain, discomfort, stress and/or illness.
As with humans, “universal life-force” Reiki energy is channeled into the animal through the practitioner's hands. Reiki with animals can be done as a hands-on treatment or at a distance.
During each session, the practitioner uses the Reiki in a way that is comfortable to the animal,
so that she/he feels in control of the session.
Results can be seen during a session to gradually days later.
Several sessions may be required to assist the healing/behaviour issue.
Reiki supports animals (and pet owners!) to:
- Maintain health and energy
- Address behavioral challenges
- Reduce physical and emotional stress
- Transition to new living situations/locations
- Recover from illnesses/injuries
- Heal after surgeries
- Pass over peacefully
All animals may benefit from Reiki. How could your pet benefit?
Distance Sessions:
Distance sessions offer the same results as in person sessions. Reiki sessions at a distance may be preferable for animals that are fearful of strangers, are highly stressed or nearing death.
Likewise, they are an option for busy pet owners!
Distance sessions are vital in emergency situations, with the session being conducted as soon as possible.
To help connect the practitioner to the animal's energy during a distance session, several items are required: the pet’s name, age, breed and ideally a photograph of the animal. All distance sessions must be pre-paid.
Ask your owner to make an appointment!
As with humans, Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical care – it complements it, but is not a substitute for it. The Reiki practitioner does not diagnose, treat or prescribe medications. Please seek allopathic veterinary care for your pet. |
